Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final

All payments made are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or no-show.

Rescheduling Policy

Changing your appointment

• Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty, provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the original appointment time.
• Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to an additional fee or forfeiture of payment, at our discretion.

Missed Appointments

No-shows

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of payment, and no rescheduling will be offered.

Service Changes

Unexpected modifications

We reserve the right to modify or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a new appointment time will be arranged.
